Payment Options

We offer multiple payment options to make remitting payments as convenient as possible.

• Flexible Payment Options: We accept all major forms of payment, including a Pay Later option.

• Pay Later with ClientCredit (via Affirm): Qualifying clients* can receive the services they need today and pay over time. This option is ideal for businesses and individuals utilizing any of our services. [Learn more about the program here.]

• Tax Refund Deduction for Individual Tax Clients: If you prefer, your tax preparation fees can be deducted directly from your refund. Additional fees apply. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to use this option to avoid being invoiced.  

When is Payment Due?

• Payment is due upon invoicing.

• If you discontinue our services before any work is completed, fees for work performed up to that point will still be due.

• Unpaid invoices may be turned over to a collection agency in accordance with federal and state laws.

*Pay Later options are offered by Affirm, subject to eligibility checks, and may not be available in all states. Eligibility depends on the invoice amount, and a down payment may be required.
