Note: For services billed using our hourly rate, the following rates apply:
Accountant - $150/hr.
CPA - $300/hr.
Compilation: No assurance; suitable when professionally prepared financial statements are needed without verification.
Review: Limited assurance through inquiry and analytical procedures.
Audit: Reasonable assurance through independent examination.
Agreed-Upon Procedures: Targeted procedures with factual findings only; no assurance.
A financial statement audit provides the highest level of assurance through an independent and objective examination of an organization’s financial statements. An audit is designed to provide reasonable assurance that the financial statements are presented fairly, in all material respects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework.
As part of the audit, we evaluate relevant accounting processes, assess internal controls for planning purposes, and perform substantive audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.

Note: The minimum fee for a financial statement audit is $10,000. Fees typically range from approximately 0.75% to 1% of gross revenues, depending on the size, complexity, and risk profile of the organization.
A review engagement provides limited assurance that, based on our inquiries and analytical procedures, we are not aware of any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements for them to be in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework.
Reviews are often a cost-effective alternative to an audit for lenders, boards, or other external users who need a moderate level of assurance without the cost or scope of a full audit.

A compilation engagement assists management in presenting financial information in the form of financial statements. We do not provide assurance on the accuracy or completeness of the information, and no verification procedures are performed.
A written compilation report accompanying the financial statements explains the nature of the service provided and that no assurance is expressed. Compilations are often used when professionally prepared financial statements are needed but assurance is not required.
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and year-end financial statement compilations are available based on your needs. Monthly financial statement compilations start at $500, quarterly services start at $1,400, semi-annual services start at $2,700, and annual services start at $5,500.

Agreed-upon procedures engagements are tailored to address specific needs, such as verifying financial data, assessing regulatory or contractual compliance, or evaluating internal processes.
In an AUP engagement, we perform only the procedures that have been specifically agreed upon by the specified parties and report factual findings based on those procedures for the specified users identified in the engagement. We do not provide an opinion or any level of assurance.
The AUP report is restricted to the specified users identified in the engagement.
