Auditing/Review Services

At Hillard Tax & Accounting, LLC we aim to provide quality financial audit and review services.  Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who want to recognize problems, offer smart solutions, and identify feasible opportunities.  

While the price for every service we provide is not listed, our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible.  There are several factors that could alter the prices outlined below.  

For returning clients, we will aim to keep your tax preparation fees consistent from year to year.

Financial Audits

An audit provides the highest level of assurance and includes an objective assessment of a company's financial statements.  We evaluate your organization, its accounting processes, and its internal controls.

Financial Reviews 

A review engagement is conducted to provide limited assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatements.   A review differs significantly from an audit as a review engagement provides less assurance to the reader of the financial statements.  Reviews consist primarily of analytical procedures and inquiries of management.
