When it comes to our business returns, we focus on deduction optimization. The typical fee range is $750 - $1,200 for partnership and corporate tax returns. This range is dependent upon the quality of your accounting records and includes the filing of one federal and state tax return.

Our consultations are designed to give you the guidance and confidence you need to move forward with your financial goals. These consultations allow you the opportunity to speak with an HTA professional regarding individual or business questions you may have.
Our consultations are $150 for 30 minutes and $300 for 60 minutes. Use this option to get solid answers quickly. If we are not able to assist you, we will let you know and will refund the consult fee.
Hillard Tax & Accounting, LLC, provides expert preparation of federal and state estate, gift, and trust tax returns.
Our fee range for filing such returns is $750 - $1,200. This range includes one state tax return. The deposit is $500. Additional fees are billed based on complexity and other relevant factors.
Form 706 (Estate Tax Return) is filed by an executor of a decedent's estate to determine the taxes imposed by Chapter 11 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Form 709 (Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return) should be completed when an individual makes a gift that exceeds the annual exclusion threshold. For 2025, the annual exclusion is $19,000. This return is also filed for generation-skipping transfers.
Form 1041 (Estate and Trusts Tax Return) is filed by the fiduciary of a domestic decedent's estate, trust, or bankruptcy estate.
