CPA: $300 per hour

Franchise Financing – Core Documentation Package
Fee: $2,500
Designed for prospective franchise owners who need assistance preparing lender-requested financial documentation and assessing initial financing readiness.
Includes:
Completion of SBA Form 413 (Personal Financial Statement) using client-provided information
Preparation of a startup cost breakdown using lender-approved templates
Organization of required financial documents for lender submission
Final review for accuracy and internal consistency
Client-provided copies of the most recent three years of personal tax returns are required.
Franchise Financing – Comprehensive Advisory Package
Fee: $5,000
Designed for clients actively pursuing SBA or bank financing who require deeper financial analysis and lender alignment.
Includes everything in the Core Documentation Package, plus:
Three-year financial projections for the new franchise location
Documentation and refinement of key financial assumptions
Review of the financial sections of the business plan for lender alignment
Financial impact review of letters of intent (LOIs) or lease agreements
Assembly of a lender-ready financial package
Our consultations are designed to provide focused guidance and clarity so you can move forward with confidence. These sessions give you the opportunity to speak directly with a Hillard Tax & Accounting professional about individual or business-related financial questions.

Consultation Fees:

$300 for a 60-minute consultation
These sessions are intended to deliver clear, practical guidance. If we determine during the consultation that we are unable to assist with your specific needs, your consultation fee will be refunded.
