While the price for every service we provide is not listed, our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible. There are several factors that could alter the prices outlined below.
For returning clients, we will aim to keep your tax preparation fees consistent from year to year.
Note: For services billed using our hourly rate, the following rates apply:
Accountant - $150/hr.
CPA - $250/hr.
Annual Federal 1099 Preparation
It is important to file your annual returns timely to help to avoid unnecessary penalties. Form 1099s are required when payments of $600 or more are paid to independent contractors. At HT&A, we have the expertise and tools to ensure that you file your 1099s accurately and timely.
Form 1099-MISC/NEC is used when you pay an independent contractor more than $600 a year. Our fee is $250 for up to 10 filings and $10 per additional filings. To get started, click here.

Business Formation Services (Any State)
Looking to start a new business? Having a difficult time deciding which entity type is best for you? At Hillard Tax & Accounting, LLC, we will walk you through selecting the best entity and help you incorporate your business. As your business grows and changes, the type of entity you choose may need to change as well.

Consultations
Our consultations are designed to give you the guidance and confidence you need to move forward with your financial goals. These consultations allow you the opportunity to speak with an HTA professional regarding individual or business questions you may have.
Our consultations are $150 for 30 minutes and $250 for 60 minutes. Use this option to get solid answers quickly. If we are not able to assist you, we will let you know and will refund the consult fee.
Financial Statement Compilation
Financial Statement compilations are essential for business owners who wish to expand or secure funding. With this service, our professional team will review the already prepared financial statements and consider whether the financial statements appear appropriate in form and free from obvious material misstatements. Additionally, a compilation report is provided along with the financial statements.
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements can be analyzed based on your needs.
Monthly financial statement compilations start at $300, Quarterly financial statement compilations start at $875 and annual financial statement compilations start at $3,500.

Our financial statement preparation services are designed for business owners who are looking to better understand and manage their business. These financial statements may be used as documentation for securing small loans. With this service, no formal report is issued on the financial statements.
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements can be prepared. Monthly financial statement preparation services start at $350, Quarterly services start at $1,100, and annual services start at $4,200.

Our in-depth QuickBooks clean-up services provide you with a healthy, fully optimized QuickBooks file. We review the data file, balance sheet, and income statements. Our goal is to help you gain insight into how to make QuickBooks work better for your business operations. Upon completion, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the results and answer any questions you may have.
