As your business grows or your accounting needs change, we may recommend adjusting your service level to ensure your accounting and reporting needs continue to be properly supported.
Yes. Monthly pricing is based on the scope and complexity of your accounting needs. If your transaction activity, number of accounts, payroll activity, reporting requirements, or overall scope changes significantly, your monthly fee may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be discussed with you in advance.
No. We work with businesses using the accounting method appropriate for their circumstances. Your service level is based primarily on the accounting work and financial reporting support required rather than accounting method alone.
Yes. Tax preparation, tax planning, business advisory, Form 1099 preparation, and other accounting and consulting services may be added under a separate engagement or customized service arrangement.
Catch-up or cleanup work is separately scoped and priced based on the condition of your accounting records before recurring monthly services begin.
